HUB International acquires insurance agency Vitolo Company

Global insurance brokerage HUB International has acquired the assets of The Vitolo Company for an undisclosed price.

Based in Seattle, Washington, Vitolo Company is an independent insurance agency.

The agency offers employee benefits, group benefit planning, and compliance consulting to clients through its analytics tools and innovative solutions.

Mike Vitolo, who is the founder and president of Vitolo Company, along with the agency’s team, will be joining Hub Northwest.
