Hub International acquires Wisconsin-based Compass Insurance Services

Hub International has acquired the assets of Wisconsin-based insurance agency Compass Insurance Services for an undisclosed price.

Compass Insurance Services, which is headquartered in Kronenwetter, has seven additional locations. The insurance agency offers group health and benefits, commercial and personal insurance, and individual life and health benefits.

The company’s employees and its president John Guerndt will join Hub Midwest West.

Compass Insurance Services is said to focus on multiple industries such as construction, real estate, healthcare, agribusiness, transportation, nonprofit, and finance which will underpin Hub International’s specialty practices by complementing and bolstering its existing capabilities.
