Hindustan Zinc Limited incorporates new subsidiary – Hindustan Zinc Alloys

Vedanta’s subsidiary Hindustan Zinc Limited, an India-based mining and resources producer of zinc, lead, cadmium, and silver has incorporated a fully-owned subsidiary called Hindustan Zinc Alloys Private Limited.

Hindustan Zinc Alloys will carry out the business of smelting, melting and casting in India and elsewhere. Its operations will include the beneficiation of minerals, mineral dressing, concentration, manufacturing, producing, and generally dealing in all metals and their alloys.

In particular, Hindustan Zinc Alloys will deal with zinc and lead metals and concentrates and alloys of all types as well as the sale, dealing, or other disposition of all such products and by-products, through its facilities.
