HCLTech enhances board with chartered accountant Bhavani Balasubramanian

Her tenure at Deloitte, where she served as the Audit and Assurance Partner of Deloitte India, has been marked by several leadership positions. Her role in Deloitte’s international councils and working groups has contributed significantly to her global perspective and expertise.

In addition to her impressive career at Deloitte, Bhavani is also recognized for her contributions as an Independent Director on the boards of other public limited companies. Her involvement in the Auditing Standards Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India further highlights her deep knowledge and expertise in the field of auditing and finance.

Currently, Bhavani is engaged as a Strategic Consultant in diversity and inclusion, reflecting her commitment to fostering inclusive corporate cultures. Her role in the Audit and the Risk Management Committees of HCLTech is expected to bring valuable insights and oversight, enhancing the company’s governance and strategic direction.
