Hard-surface flooring retailer Floor & Decor expands to Albany, New York
Floor & Decor (NYSE: FND), the leading high-growth retailer specializing in hard-surface flooring, has announced the grand opening of its first store in Albany, New York. This marks the introduction of Floor & Decor to the Saratoga County metropolitan area. Situated at 1425 Central Ave. within Colonie Center, this warehouse store and design center will be staffed with a team of approximately 50 full-time and part-time associates, with Luke Langreder serving as the store Chief Executive Merchant.

To celebrate this grand opening, Floor & Decor will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, October 12, at 2:30 p.m. ET, in collaboration with the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce, Colonie Chamber of Commerce, Guilderland Chamber of Commerce, and the Business Council of New York. The event will feature appearances by the Adirondack Thunder Mascot and a Player, along with a light lunch served by the Greek On The Run Food Truck.
