Germain-Robin and Germain-Robin XO brandies re-released in limited quantities

Germain-Robin, a California-based brandy maker and a part of the E. & J. Gallo (Gallo) spirits family, is re-launching limited quantities of its two signature products – Germain-Robin and Germain-Robin XO brandies.

While Germain-Robin is priced at $75, Germain-Robin XO is priced at $125. A total of 1,400 six-pack cases of Germain-Robin and 900 six-pack cases of Germain-Robin have been available since March.

The Germain-Robin Brandy is said to be known for its alembic brandy, which is handcrafted with classic cognac stills by making use of complex and aromatic California grapes, including Sémillon and Pinot Noir.

The Germain-Robin XO Brandy, on the other hand, features the unique flavor and characteristics of California Pinot Noir grapes.

Both the brandies are exclusively distilled in Pruhlo Charentais Pot Stills and are aged in air-dried Limousin Oak Barrels.

Germain-Robin was acquired by Gallo, a California-based wines and spirits maker, in August 2017.
