(Fleet Parts). This strategic move is aimed at expanding Galleher’s national network and diversifying its product offerings, particularly to support truck body and and fleet operators more comprehensively.

The acquisition of Fleet Parts, a New Jersey-based distributor of aftermarket replacement , marks a significant step for Galleher in its mission to serve a broader customer base, including truck leasing and rental companies, repair shops, and private fleet operators. Brad Bowden, Chief Executive Officer of Galleher, highlighted the synergy between the two companies, emphasizing their shared strengths in sourcing and inventory management. “Providing replacement parts to end-customers is a natural extension of our core business,” Bowden noted, adding that the merger allows Galleher to “service both OEM and aftermarket customers coast-to-coast from our three locations across the U.S.”
