Belcan bags EMES3 contract from French aerospace company Airbus

Belcan said that it has been selected as an engineering, manufacturing engineering and services strategic supplier (EMES3) by French aerospace company Airbus under a multi-year contract.

Based in Ohio, Belcan is engaged in providing engineering, supply chain, technical recruiting, and IT services to customers across the aerospace, automotive, defense, industrial and government sectors.

Belcan alongside its partner Sogeclair is said to have helped Airbus to address the technological, environmental and industrial challenges of the future in the aerospace sector.

According to Belcan, the multi-year framework contract was awarded after a rigid selection process lasting several months. The company said that the contract will further bolster its long-standing relationship with Airbus, which has continued via various agreements since 2002.

The US firm further stated that the EMES3 contract enables it to support all units, subsidiaries, and affiliates of the French aerospace company across engineering, manufacturing engineering, and customer services functions.
