Galleher Industries expands reach with acquisition of Fleet Parts & Service, Inc.
Galleher Industries, a prominent manufacturer and distributor of lumber and fabricated metal components for truck body and trailer Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), has announced its acquisition of Fleet Parts & Service, Inc. (Fleet Parts). This strategic move is aimed at expanding Galleher’s national network and diversifying its product offerings, particularly to support truck body and trailer OEMs and fleet operators more comprehensively.
The acquisition of Fleet Parts, a New Jersey-based distributor of aftermarket replacement truck body parts, marks a significant step for Galleher in its mission to serve a broader customer base, including truck leasing and rental companies, repair shops, and private fleet operators. Brad Bowden, Chief Executive Officer of Galleher, highlighted the synergy between the two companies, emphasizing their shared strengths in sourcing and inventory management. “Providing replacement parts to end-customers is a natural extension of our core business,” Bowden noted, adding that the merger allows Galleher to “service both OEM and aftermarket customers coast-to-coast from our three locations across the U.S.”

Founded in 1937 and supported by Boyne Capital Partners, Galleher has established a robust presence in the industry with facilities in Pomona, CA, and Kaufman, TX. The integration of Fleet Parts into Galleher’s portfolio is anticipated to offer enhanced service capabilities and reach to their clientele.

The acquisition of Fleet Parts represents Galleher’s second add-on acquisition in the past 18 months, reflecting the company’s active pursuit of growth through strategic acquisitions. Galleher continues to seek complementary businesses to incorporate into its platform, aiming to reinforce its market position and service offerings.
