Gallagher acquires retail insurance broker First Ireland Risk Management

Global insurance brokerage Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (Gallagher) has acquired First Ireland Risk Management Limited based in Dublin, Ireland for an undisclosed price.

Established in 1982, First Ireland Risk Management is a retail insurance broker. The company serves clients across Ireland with a range of commercial and personal insurance products along with life and pension solutions.

Tony Gill along with Linda Gallagher and their team will stay in Dublin and operate under Ronan Foley, who is the head of the insurance brokerage operations of Gallagher in Ireland.
