ESO acquires Canada-based ePCR software provider Interdev Technologies

ESO Solutions, a Texas-based data and software company, has acquired Toronto-based Interdev Technologies, a cloud-based electronic patient care record (ePCR) software provider, in a move to extend its footprint in Canada.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed by ESO Solutions, which caters to emergency medical services (EMS), hospitals, fire departments, state and federal agencies.

Chris Dillie – President and CEO of ESO said: “We look forward to collaborating with, and learning from, our customers and healthcare leadership in all the provinces to deliver a comprehensive, localized ecosystem of products, services, and research insights that will help responders and providers keep their communities healthy and safe.”

Established in 2000, Interdev Technologies is focused on developing a suite of SaaS products to provide essential data to emergency services.

With tools and technology, Interdev Technologies is said to help workers in emergency services make use of data in meaningful ways to enable evidence-based decision-making.

The products offered by the Canadian firm include mobile ePCR software, credential management, records management software, community paramedicine, and analytics.
