Dynamic Group acquires specialist water well drilling company Welldrill

Dynamic Group Holdings, an Australian provider of specialized drilling services, has closed the previously announced AUD 19 million acquisition of Welldrill, a Perth-based specialist water well drilling company.

Welldrill was acquired from its founder Peter Chegwidden, who established the company in 2000. The company’s clients include BHP, OZ Minerals, the Western Australia government, and the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation.
