Dynacons Systems & Solutions wins Rs 90cr BSNL contract for network enhancement

Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd, a renowned provider of innovative technology solutions, has announced securing a significant contract valued at Rs 90.02 crores from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL). This contract entails providing an Integrated Telecom Network and IT solution for a key BSNL customer, including the establishment of a Command Centre and Network Operations Center (NOC). This strategic partnership aims to bolster BSNL’s service capabilities and enhance its customer service experience.

Under the new contract, Dynacons will employ its expertise in state-of-the-art technology to design, implement, and manage a sophisticated network infrastructure tailored for BSNL’s customer. The project’s cornerstone is the transition to a modern, centralized, self-healing network architecture ensuring seamless connectivity, security, and complete network visibility. This transformation is expected to significantly optimize network performance, increase reliability, and improve the overall customer experience.

The Secure Edge solution proposed by Dynacons supports multi-tenancy and network segmentation, utilizing Role-based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure the segregation of different networks. It includes advanced security measures such as Denial-of-Service (DoS) mitigation and firewall functionalities to safeguard the infrastructure against potential cyber threats.

A notable aspect of the solution is the use of integrated SIM technology, incorporating 5G/LTE capabilities, and Zero-Touch provisioning for the Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), which facilitates faster site activation without the need for on-site technical expertise. Dynacons is also responsible for the setup, implementation, and management of the MPLS Command Centre (MCC) and NOC on the customer’s premises, promising 99.5 percent uptime and comprehensive support over a span of five years.

The Command Centre will function as a centralized monitoring and control hub, offering real-time insights into network performance and security. The NOC, designed to monitor, analyze, and respond to network issues, will act as the operational backbone, ensuring swift identification and resolution of network challenges.
