Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) said that Community Fibre, a full fibre broadband provider in , has deployed its TCS HOBS platform for modernizing its business operations, improving its agility, and helping in driving future growth.

With the plug-and-play TCS HOBS digital business platform, the British internet service provider (ISP) aims to streamline its operations, sales, and billing processes.

According to Tata Consultancy Services, its SaaS-based, catalog-driven platform will help in enhancing the ideation and creation of new product and service bundles along with partner offerings. With an intuitive user interface, TCS HOBS will help empower the business teams of Community Fibre to roll out new products more quickly.

Based on a future-proof, microservices and open API-based architecture, TCS HOBS is expected to help Community Fibre in making use of partner ecosystems to foray into B2B2X models.
