Panasonic launches ClearConnect kiosk solutions for restaurants, retailers

Panasonic Corporation of North America has launched the new ClearConnect kiosk solutions portfolio that can help quick-service restaurant operators and retailers achieve their digitalization objectives for improved customer experience.

Launched at FSTEC 2019,  ClearConnect portfolio is an integrated ecosystem that features from kiosks, to point-of-sale, drive-thru, back office, and 24/7 service and support solutions to improve operational efficiencies and profitability as well as consumer control in the ordering process.

Faisal Pandit – president, System Solutions Company of North America, commenting on the launch of the ClearConnect kiosk solutions, said: “Operators want easy, end-to-end management of hardware and software, so we designed ClearConnect to do just that and improve restaurant and retailers’ efficiencies—driving revenue, while increasing customer engagement.”

ClearConnect features Kiosk Tech which can increase average order size by 20-40%, and free employees to perform higher-value work.
