Cendyn acquires London-based hotel solutions provider digitalhotelier

Cendyn, a technology solutions provider for hoteliers, has acquired digitalhotelier, a London-based hotel solutions provider, for an undisclosed price.

Digitalhotelier is engaged in providing hotels around the world with integrated distribution, design, demand generation, development, and data intelligence solutions.

The company help hoteliers in acquiring more direct reservations, boost ancillary revenues, cut down distribution costs, and understand and engage better with their guests. Digitalhotelier is said to combine its expertise in demand generation with advanced hospitality technology built by hoteliers for hoteliers.

Cendyn said that the deal further strengthens its commitment to bring in digital transformation in the hospitality sector.
