Cargill closes acquisition of Owensboro Grain Company

Cargill has completed the previously announced acquisition of Owensboro Grain Company, which owns a soybean processing facility and refinery in Owensboro, Kentucky.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The deal was announced in November 2022.

Cargill expects Owensboro Grain Company to boost its efforts to expand capacity across its oilseeds network in North America to support the rising demand for oilseeds driven by feed, food, and renewable fuel markets.
