Birlasoft achieves Oracle Validated Integration with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Expertise for ProVue integration

Birlasoft said that it has achieved Oracle Validated Integration with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Expertise for its integration of ProVue, which is designed for bringing power and simplicity to the process of monitoring the enterprise resource planning (ERP) landscape.

According to the Indian IT services provider, which is a member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), ProVue not only monitors the operating system and network-level metrics but also goes deeper into the inner workings of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

ProVue, which is hosted and managed by Birlasoft on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), enables customers to take a more proactive approach towards JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system monitoring and is said to help deliver a better user experience.

By tapping the computing resources and features of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, ProVue customers are said to be assured of enhanced performance and all-day access to the web portal.

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is an integrated applications suite of ERP software offered by Oracle.

For achieving the Oracle Validated Integration with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Expertise, Birlasoft said that it had met a series of qualifiers, which includes showing that the integration performs as documented.

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Expertise is a core tenet of the Oracle PartnerNetwork program, which enables Oracle partners to showcase their capabilities in a focused area, said Birlasoft. It is designed to make it easy for customers in identifying partners who can provide quality solutions and minimize risk for their specific requirements.
