Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL), a prominent player in investment banking, has announced the completion of the sale of Insight Vision Group to Unifeye Vision Partners (UVP), a portfolio company under Waud Capital. The deal further strengthens Unifeye Vision Partners’ extensive eyecare network while positioning Insight Vision Group as a key asset in the burgeoning eyecare market. Brown Gibbons Lang & Company’s specialized Healthcare investment banking team served as the exclusive financial advisor for Insight Vision Group in the deal, the financial terms of which have not been disclosed.
