Association Member Benefits Advisors acquires EJS Insurance Services

Association Member Benefits Advisors (AMBA), an American affinity-based membership and marketing insurance agency, has acquired EJS Insurance Services for an undisclosed price.

EJS Insurance Services is based in California.

Through the new acquisition, AMBA is expected to grow its critical services to help more retirees and associations in the US.

Based in Texas, AMBA is engaged in distributing insurance and other supplementary products mainly via a network of retired educators, teachers, and state employee associations in more than 40 states in the US.
