Ashok Leyland, Aidrivers partner for clean, greener autonomous vehicles

Ashok Leyland has entered into a partnership with AI-enabled autonomous solutions provider Aidrivers to develop clean, greener autonomous vehicles.

The two firms have inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for paving the way for a long-term collaboration under which their specialist knowledge and experience will be combined to jointly move ahead in the quickly advancing field.

Aidrivers offers autonomous mobility solutions for industrial mobility automation which are said to optimize the business operations of clients and facilitate the delivery of efficiency and quality services.

While Aidrivers will deliver AI-enabled autonomous solutions, Ashok Leyland will offer vehicle platforms with the partners looking to work together to explore target markets and cooperation opportunities.

The MoU between the parties expects autonomous vehicles development, industrial mobility equipment, and other autonomous industrial automation solutions to deliver considerable value to logistics providers, fleet operators, and others. It also covers joint marketing and joint market access as required.
