Arthur J. Gallagher acquires Queensland-based CA Insurance Brokers

Global insurance brokerage Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired CA Insurance Brokers based in Brisbane, Queensland, for an undisclosed price.

CA Insurance Brokers, which was established in 2002 by Andrew Howard, is a mid-market insurance broker. The Australian company is said to have expertise in commercial transportation, construction, earthmoving and professional risks.

According to Arthur J. Gallagher, Andrew Howard and his associates will move over to the former’s Brisbane office and will be operating under Paul Harvey, Managing Director-Specialisms.
