This strategically located facility, near NH 44 (Bengaluru-Hosur Highway), covers 3.5 lakh sq. ft., including a 1.5 lakh sq. ft. Grade A warehouse. Its proximity to key transportation hubs significantly enhances delivery efficiency for businesses.
High Capacity and Advanced Technologies at Mayasandra STCDW
The Mayasandra STCDW boasts 70 truck bays capable of handling over 500 vehicles daily, with a daily throughput of 1600 tonne and a monthly throughput of 40,000 tonnes. Serving multiple industries, the facility is equipped with advanced warehousing technologies and inventory management systems, ensuring optimal stock tracking, order fulfilment, and prevention of stock issues.
Green Norms Compliance and Environmental Sustainability
Complying with green norms, the Mayasandra STCDW features sustainable measures like rainwater harvesting, solarisation, and vehicles with alternative fuels. The facility is well-equipped with material handling equipment, safety measures, and a robust staff, ensuring efficient regional distribution and long-haul load management.

Gati’s Plan for Modern, Automated STCDWs Across India
The Mayasandra STCDW is part of Gati’s broader strategy to establish 21 modern, automated, and environmentally friendly STCDWs across India, including recent setups in Farukhnagar, Nagpur, Guwahati, and Bhiwandi. In line with its ESG initiatives, Gati aims to transition its entire pickup and delivery fleet to alternative fuel vehicles by 2025.
