Adani Ports incorporates new subsidiary HDC Bulk Terminal

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited has incorporated a new fully-owned subsidiary called HDC Bulk Terminal Limited.

The newly founded subsidiary belongs to the port industry and is yet to begin its business, said Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone.

According to the Adani Group company, HDC Bulk Terminal has been created for the purpose of executing the mechanization of Berth No. 2 on a design, build, finance, operate, transfer (DBFOT) basis at the Haldia Dock Complex Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port in Kolkata.

Earlier this year, Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone through its fully-owned subsidiary — Adani Krishnapatnam Port signed a deal to acquire 100% of Seabird Distriparks (Krishnapatnam) for INR 19.22 crores.
