Adani Enterprises announces new subsidiary Adani Cement Industries

Adani Enterprises said that it has incorporated a new fully-owned subsidiary Adani Cement Industries Limited (ACIL) for manufacturing, producing, and processing all types of cement.

Adani Cement Industries, which has an authorized share capital of INR 10 lakh, is yet to commence business operations.

Adani Enterprises is the flagship entity of Adani Group, which focuses on setting up new businesses in the infrastructure and energy sector.

Recently, Adani Enterprises had incorporated a new fully-owned subsidiary called Mundra Windtech Limited for manufacturing wind turbine generators and other auxiliaries.
