Accenture has announced its plans to acquire , a US-based infrastructure advisory and management company, for an undisclosed price.

This acquisition is a strategic move for Accenture, enhancing its ability to support businesses and local government entities in executing major, long-term infrastructure projects with improved efficiency and predictability.

Anser Advisory is known for mitigating project risks, reducing delays, and controlling costs in critical large-scale infrastructure projects.

The company’s broad range of services include advisory, compliance, and management. They assist clients in strategizing, estimating, and planning projects while also overseeing their implementation.

Headquartered in Santa Ana, , Anser Advisory was founded in 1996 and employs approximately 1,200 professionals across 13 states. Post-acquisition, Accenture will incorporate Anser Advisory’s team of roughly 920 employees who are engaged with private sector and state-local public projects.

Markon Solutions, an Anser Advisory subsidiary serving US federal clients, will remain with and its own management.

This acquisition further extends Accenture’s services for asset-intensive industries. Previous strategic acquisitions include Eclipse Automation, a custom manufacturing automation and robotics solutions provider, umlaut, a global engineering services company, and Advoco, an asset management services provider.
