World Insurance Associates acquires Florida-based Dan Woron Agency

World Insurance Associates (WIA), a New Jersey-based insurance agency, has acquired Dan Woron Agency for an undisclosed price.

Based in Port St. Lucie in Florida, Dan Woron Insurance Agency is an independent agency that specializes in homeowners, auto, life coverage, and business, and also retirement and employee-benefit products. Dan Woron Agency has been serving the Treasure Coast and South Florida territories for nearly four decades.
