Wood has entered into contracts with Beach Energy and E&P (MEPAU) to create solutions that align with emissions reduction goals set by Australia’s National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act. This alignment represents an ongoing effort to decrease emissions baselines by 4.9 percent yearly until 2030.

These forward-thinking projects will specifically focus on slashing carbon emissions at Beach Energy’s facilities throughout Australia and New Zealand, as well as MEPAU’s Waitsia Gas Project in . By applying innovations in maintenance, operations, and brownfield engineering, Wood’s contracts aim to enhance operations and plant reliability, optimize energy use, and facilitate electrification.
