Wisconsin-based Wenzel’s Farm introduces Beef Jerky product line
Wenzel’s Farm, a Wisconsin-based company specialized in handcrafted, small-batch meat snacks and products, has launched a new product called Wenzel’s Farm Beef Jerky.
The new beef product is said to have no artificial colors, no MSG and is gluten-free. Wenzel’s Farm Beef Jerky is said to maintain the same taste and quality as Wenzel’s Farm’s snack stick line.
The beef jerky product is claimed to have no nitrates or nitrites and offers 10g of protein per serving, while containing only 90 calories.
Mark Vieth – Wenzel’s Farm President Mark Vieth said: “The addition of beef jerky to our Wenzel’s Farm meat snack offering is a major step for the company. We have invested a lot of resources to bring this product to market and I think this new line of great tasting, all natural snacks will represent the strengths of our brand well.”
The Beef Jerky is available in three flavors – Original, Teriyaki and Peppered, and comes in either 3oz or 10oz packages.
Wenzel Farm, which was established in 1949, has been crafting protein-packed and naturally hardwood smoked meat products.
