Wipro expands partnership with Levi Strauss to cover digital commerce

Wipro Limited said that it has extended its partnership with Levi Strauss & Co. to support digital commerce of the American clothing company.

Under the multi-year engagement, the Indian IT services company will help streamline the jeanswear manufacturer’s customer and user experience across all channels.

Wipro said that it will offer global IT support services across the consumer digital technology space of Levi Strauss & Co., which includes eCommerce, B2B Commerce, omni order management, consumer data hub, retail store infrastructure, point of sale, global retail concierge, and retail store applications.

Wipro will deploy a new retail tool powered by artificial intelligence (AI) for helping Levi Strauss & Co. identify, reconcile, and stop inconsistencies across its B2B, B2C, and also retail-store landscape.

The Indian IT giant said that it will support the UX innovation and other elements of the extended partnership from its centers in Europe, North America, and also India.
