WestKam Gold retains Integral Wealth Securities for market making services

WestKam Gold, a Canadian gold exploration company, said that it has retained Integral Wealth Securities, a full-service securities dealer, for providing market making services in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange Policies.

Integral Wealth Securities will be responsible for trading the shares of WestKam Gold on the TSX-V for the purposes of maintaining an orderly market and boosting the liquidity in the miner’s shares.

The Canadian gold exploration company will pay a monthly cash fee of CAD5,000 to the securities dealer for the services provided by it, with a minimum term of three months and renewable thereafter.

The capital used for market making will be provided by Integral Wealth Securities.

Currently, WestKam Gold is engaged in developing the Bonaparte Gold Project located near Kamloops in British Columbia, Canada.
