The second phase, expected to conclude by December 2025, will further extend the company’s offerings to include both welded and and tubes. The total investment for these phases is estimated at Rs 175 crores, with the funding model comprising 40% from warrants issued to promoters and others, and 60% through a combination of term loans from banks and internal accruals.
