Vakrangee fully digitizes franchisee lifecycle management processes

Vakrangee Limited said that it has launched a complete digital process for next-gen franchisees for their franchisee lifecycle management processes (FLM processes).

The India-based technology driven company said that the fully digitized FLM processes include franchisee lead generation, franchisee application process, eKYC and approval process, franchisee agreement process, and service activation process.

According to Vakrangee by fully digitizing FLM processes, franchisee activation timelines will be considerably improved, thereby supporting strong scalability to the company’s franchisee model.

Vakrangee said that its planned target is to open at least 25,000 Nextgen Vakrangee Kendras by FY 2021-22 and further improve it to reach 75,000 Nextgen outlets by FY 2025-26.

The company has digitized important FLM processes such as Aadhaar based e-signing and e-stamping of the franchisee agreements.

Dinesh Nandwana — Managing Director and Group CEO of Vakrangee said: “Earlier there used to be lot of Manpower requirement and productivity loss due to the process of procuring On-Ground Franchisee leads, physically signed documents from the remotest parts of the country and further Expensive Manual KYC processes.

“With the Digital On-Boarding process, we have been able to eliminate the dependency on field team for procuring leads, redundant time consuming physical documentation processes and have also streamlined the Identity management and Data collection in a structured and legally compliant manner.

“We believe this will lead to significant cost savings and fuel the strong growth and scalability for our franchisee model.”
