UWorld acquires RxPrep to provide online learning for aspiring pharmacists

UWorld acquisition of RxPrep : UWorld, an online learning tools provider, has acquired RxPrep, a company that offers online review courses for aspiring pharmacists preparing for the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examinations (NAPLEX) and the Pharmacist Law Exams.

RxPrep products are said to be used by faculty and administrators at pharmacy schools across the US.

The company is engaged in publishing the definitive study guide and book for NAPLEX and the California and Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examinations (CPJE and MPJE).

Following the acquisition by UWorld, RxPrep customers are expected to experience a familiar active learning approach for preparations for exams with access to the same content they know and trust along with new mobile apps with practice questions and detailed explanations for on-the-go study.

The acquisition is said to reflect UWorld’s commitment to deploy the highest-quality and most meticulous learning tools to other healthcare verticals. UWorld will apply the approach to help pharmacy students in preparing for their exams by offering various product enhancements, technology improvements, and enhanced customer experience to RxPrep customers.
