USI Insurance Services acquires actuarial consulting firm Hildi

USI Insurance Services, a US insurance brokerage and consulting firm, has acquired Minnesota-based actuarial consulting firm Hildi Incorporated for an undisclosed price.

Established in 2004, Hildi specializes in actuarial retirement plan services, which includes the design, administration, accounting and valuation of defined benefit pension plans, including post-retirement health and welfare plans and cash balance plans.

Hildi’s operations will be combined with USI Consulting Group, a unit of USI Insurance Services.

USI Consulting Group is a provider of defined contribution and defined benefit plan consulting and administration services.
