US health club chain Fit Factory to open first branch in Garland, TX

Fit Factory, a health club chain headquartered in Boston, has signed a lease with Simon Property Group to set its first branch in Texas at the Firewheel Town Center in Garland.

Founded in 2015, Fit Factory claims to offer superior gym experience, that is otherwise reserved for high-priced, luxury clubs, at an affordable price to its customers.

Firewheel Town Center, where the new health club is a 1,004,000-square-foot open-air regional shopping mall, located near the President George Bush Turnpike. The mall houses over 125 stores and eateries, including a 75,000 square feet of office space, a park, and more than 600 residences.

Ryan Gadles – co-founder of Fit Factory, commenting on the new branch of Fit Factory in Garland, said: “We have big plans for the DFW market over the next two years and are pleased to announce Firewheel as our first location, with more soon to come.”

Fit Factory plans for expansion in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex by opening more than 10 health clubs by 2020.
