US Foods to open new CHEF’STORE locations in Visalia and Lynchburg

Foodservice distributor US Foods Holding Corp. revealed plans to open a couple of new US Foods CHEF’STORE locations in Visalia, California, and Lynchburg, Virginia.

CHEF’STORE is said to provide restaurant-quality products, including fresh meat, dairy and deli items, produce, frozen seafood, at wholesale prices for foodservice professionals, restaurant operators, and the public.

The new US Foods CHEF’STORE stores will also offer baking ingredients, catering essentials, beverages, janitorial supplies, and other restaurant essentials.

According to US Foods, the new 30,000sft CHEF’STORE in Visalia will join 14 other CHEF’STORE locations in California. It will have over 5,000 restaurant-quality products on offer and will open on 19 February 2022.

The CHEF’STORE location in Lynchburg will be the company’s first in Virginia. The 24,000sft retail store will have over 4,500 products to offer and will open in spring this year.
