Unilever acquires French derma-cosmetic brand Garancia

Unilever acquisition of Garancia : Unilever has acquired French derma-cosmetic brand Garancia for an undisclosed price.

Garancia, which was founded by a pharmacist Saveria Coste in 2004, has 38 facial and body skincare products in its portfolio that are mostly sold via the pharmacy channel in France and in certain retail outlets.
