Truffle brand TRUFF launches TRUFF Mayonnaise in US

Truffle brand TRUFF, which makes hot sauces and pasta sauces, is expanding its portfolio through the launch of TRUFF Mayonnaise.

TRUFF’s Mayonnaise has been launched in two varieties – Truffle Mayonnaise and Spicy Truffle Mayonnaise. According to the company, the recipe is said to be made up of cage-free eggs, 100% sunflower oil, and black winter truffles.

It is available online at the company website and exclusively at Whole Foods Market stores across the US.

Nick Guillen – Co-Founder and Co-CEO at TRUFF said: “We are lucky to have cultivated a strong community on social media where our fans share fun recipes, cooking hacks and more. From the very beginning, mayonnaise has been repeatedly mentioned as an excellent pairing with TRUFF Hot Sauce.

“Since our customers were already mixing TRUFF with mayonnaise to make spicy dips, spreads, and drizzles, we thought… why not give it a try ourselves and see where our flavor obsession takes us?”
