Transformers and Rectifiers (India) bags Rs 73cr orders in Madhya Pradesh

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited said that it has bagged orders worth INR 73 crores for supplying transformers to MP Power Transmission Package – II Limited in Madhya Pradesh.

The company stated that the orders fall under the normal course of its business and that it does not have any interest in the entities that awarded the orders. At the same time, the orders do not come under related party transactions, said Transformers and Rectifiers (India).

Following the order, Transformers and Rectifiers (India)’s order book as on date has gone up to nearly INR 1,068 crores.
