Tempur Pedic launches Tempur-breeze cooling mattress
Tempur Pedic has unveiled TEMPUR-breeze a new cooling mattress range that is capable of keeping it cooler by eight degrees throughout the night
TEMPUR-breeze mattress layers work together to help stay cool all night and to ensure deep, restorative sleep.

Tempur Pedic has the most sophisticated Thermal Lab and they have taken more than ten years and 2.6 million hours on R&D that includes thermal, material and textile scientists including ten cross-functional teams across three continents.
TEMPUR-breeze cooling mattress works well at each layer, coordinates and addresses temperature and humidity flux in sleep microclimate during separate phases of sleep.
After you lie down, the high molecular weight yarn in the SmartClimate Dual Cover System delivers a cooling sensation up to 30% more intense than non-cooling models. This yarn absorbs heat throughout sleep and makes you feel cool as you roll over and adjust which is confirmed by the thermal effusivity tests that measure heat absorption.
The cooling mattress comes with a washable, easy-to-remove cover with a patent-pending 360-degree zipper system that ensures that cooling effects will not reduce.
The molecules within TEMPUR-breeze’s Phase Change Material (PCM), PURECOOL+ activate by shifting from solid to liquid to absorb large amounts of heat at about 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
Tempur-Pedic’s scientists changed the proprietary molecules to deliver more phase change material with much capacity to absorb heat by 2 times compared to other PCM for the first time.
TEMPUR-CM+ comfort layer is claimed to be up to 10x more porous that effectively channel heat and humidity away from you all night long.
Both the phase change and climate materials are integrated into the bed’s top layer where they are most effective.
TEMPUR-Breese cooling mattress is claimed to provide the highest performing cooling system and most advanced pressure-relieving material in a single mattress. Tempur-Pedic combines pressure relieving, adaptation and motion-isolating properties with open-cell foam material on a molecular level.
TEMPUR-PRObreeze and TEMPUR-LUXEbreeze cooling mattresses are said to combine the best cooling performance and pressure relieving properties in Tempur-Pedics history from cover to core.
PRObreeze features three-level cooling system and feels upto 3 degrees cooler all over the night and is the new TEMPUR-breeze line and is available in medium and medium hybrid and retails at a cost of $3,799 for a queen-size mattress.
The LUXEbreeze cooling mattress is available in soft and firm versions at a cost of $4,499 for queen size and includes most advanced pressure relieving material in a ventilated TEMPUR-APR support layer that delivers more breathability and cooling comfort for four-levels of cooling technology. It feels up to eight degrees cooler through the night, said Tempur Pedic.
