Technip Energies wins PEMS contract from KIPIC in Kuwait

Technip Energies said that Technip E&C Limited, its fully-owned subsidiary in the UK, has bagged a contract for project engineering and management services (PEMS) from Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC) for multiple projects in southern Kuwait.

According to Technip Energies, the contract value is in the range of €50 million and €250 million.

Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company is a subsidiary of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation.

The six-year contract covers project engineering and management services to be delivered for multiple potential projects in the Al-Zour complex. These include the Al-Zour Refinery, LNG import facilities, petrochemical complex, and other facilities owned by Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company.

Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company is responsible for the operations and management of the integrated complex for refining, petrochemicals manufacture businesses and liquefied natural gas import facilities at the Al-Zour complex in Al Zour, nearly 90km south of Kuwait City.
