TCS rolls out curated version of Cloud Assurance Platform services for Microsoft Azure

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has rolled out a curated version of its Cloud Assurance Platform services for organizations looking to migrate to cloud or modernize with the Microsoft Azure cloud computing service.

According to the Indian IT services provider, complex cloud modernization programs come with the risks that range from infrastructure configuration and application integration issues to performance bottlenecks.

The company claimed that its Cloud Assurance Platform services address the issues by providing holistic automated test coverage. This includes automated infrastructure testing, data migration validation, and functional and non-functional testing to give organizations the ability to benchmark their main business goals.

Furthermore, its automated Azure test suite is said to provide 100% test coverage and is known to result in more than 70% enhancement in speed to market.

Our offering equips customers with an on-demand automated assurance ecosystem to ensure quality, resilience, flexibility and agility.”

Tata Consultancy Services also said that its Quality Engineering and Transformation (QET) Platform services incorporate its Machine First and factory-based approach to quality. This makes the assurance processes leaner and quicker across infrastructure and also applications for Microsoft Azure.

The company said that the assembly line approach involves a step-wise migration of each application to Azure, with assurance services carried out at each step to make sure that no rollback is needed at a later stage, thereby speeding up outcomes, reducing impact on business and also lowering cost.
