Tata Elxsi, Accuknox unveil partnership to secure autonomous networks

In a significant move to enhance network transformation and security, Tata Elxsi has announced a strategic partnership with security solutions developer Accuknox. This collaboration introduces a comprehensive solution for operators to build and secure autonomous networks, leveraging Tata Elxsi’s NEURON product suite and Accuknox’s state-of-the-art cloud-native security solution, NIMBUS. This partnership represents a major leap forward in securing the future of telecommunications networks, combining Tata Elxsi’s award-winning telco automation platform NEURON with Accuknox’s innovative security capabilities.

The NEURON suite, known for its role in facilitating 5G rollout and automating 5G NOC operations, is enhanced with Gen AI to provide smart end-user interactions, digital twin capabilities, and AI/ML algorithms for predictive intelligence. NIMBUS, on the other hand, brings a unique capability to identify essential network and host security policies through environment profiling. These policies are formulated as intents, making them applicable in a cloud-native manner to any Kubernetes workload, from Core to the RAN. The implementation of these intents ensures real-time inline security against potential attackers, marking a novel approach to securing cloud-native workloads.
