Tata Consumer Products rebrands TATA Q as TATA Sampann Yumside

Tata Consumer Products Limited (TCPL), a subsidiary of , has rebranded TATA Q as to convey the brand promise of taste and homestyle goodness.

Tata Sampann Yumside will be integrated with the Tata Sampann portfolio of food offerings, and will be extended to ethnic ready-to-cook (RTC) and ready to eat (RTE) segments with a wide range of niche Indian gravies and pastes.

In addition to current product portfolio that includes Heat & Eat pastas, biryani, noodles, and appetizers, the new RTE range includes Dal Makhani, Channa Masala, Paneer Makhani, Palak Corn and Butter Chicken while the RTC range contains Makhani Gravy, Biryani Paste, Kadhai Masala, Nihari Gravy, and Sambar Paste.

Tata Consumer Products, said, in a statement, that some products are made using its patented Microwave Assisted Thermal Sterilisation (MATS) technology that helps retain taste and texture within an ambient supply chain.

In November 2021, Tata Consumer Products acquired ‘Tata Q’ marketer Tata SmartFoodz, and a manufacturing unit in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh along with access to MATS technology, as part of a deal worth INR 395 crores.

The Tata Sampann Yumside products will be available on E-commerce channels and modern trade outlets across India.
