Frontier Energy has executed all major construction and equipment agreements for Stage One of its Waroona Renewable Energy Project, with fixed-price contracts covering most of the A$310 million project budget and a further A$22 million contingency fully funded. The development is now moving toward site works and 2028 generation, while previously awarded capacity credits provide a significant fixed-revenue foundation.
