NEOM is seeking consultants for a proposed freight railway of more than 400 kilometres connecting Oxagon and Port of NEOM with Saudi Arabia’s national rail system, opening a feasibility stage that could become increasingly important as port capacity grows from roughly 250,000 TEU toward 1.5 million TEU by 2030.
