CBRE Group has agreed to acquire Onnec Group for an initial $610 million, with up to $400 million in additional payments linked to future growth. The transaction expands its data centre infrastructure services across Europe and Asia Pacific as the company targets nearly $7 billion in annual infrastructure services revenue in 2027.
