Unconventional AI has agreed to acquire Israeli semiconductor developer NeuReality in a cash-and-stock transaction intended to accelerate the commercial development of an experimental computing architecture. The deal adds experienced chip engineers and inference infrastructure capabilities, but the buyer's ambitious efficiency target has not been demonstrated in a commercially deployed product.
