Irvine Gold Project

Aureka Limited has agreed to acquire High Grade Holdings for A$8.9 million, gaining the operating Fiddlers Creek underground mine and Wedderburn processing mill while funding the largely scrip-based transaction with a A$5.65 million placement and proposed share purchase plan.
